Sometimes it is immensely useful to take a screenshot (copy of your screen) and send it to someone else. For example, you may have a problem setting up your email where you can’t resolve the error you are getting.
It can then be extremely helpful to take a screenshot and send it to a colleague, friend or the email provider’s help desk. They can then use your screenshot to see what is wrong and give you advice on how to solve your problem by changing the settings.

Share a screenshot
Now you have taken a screenshot, but of course you want to share it with others. How do you do that? Well that’s pretty simple. Below I explain in a step-by-step plan how you can share a screenshot with others:
- Open the “Photos” app on your iPhone and find your screenshot you created.
- Then open your screenshot. You will see an icon that looks like a box with an arrow in it. Click on it and the following screen will appear.
- Once you have this screen open, choose an app from the list of apps you see. You can scroll to the right here. Suppose you want to send it to your best friend via Whatsapp, then click the app Whatsapp. Then via Whatsapp your screenshot will be shared. Simple right?
