You've created your email address and of course you also want to access it on your Windows system. In the following steps we'll gladly explain how to do that.

Open the mail settings.

  1. In Windows, open the Mail app and go to Accounts.
  2. Click 'Add account'.
  3. In the pop-up, enter your email address and click 'Continue.
  4. Then click 'Show more' below the password field to check this option.

Enter the correct settings.

In this advanced screen, now enter the correct mail server details; these differ per provider. In this case we use the ones from Theory7.net.

  1. Fill in the following details, in this order:
  2. IMAP
    Password The password you created
    Incoming IMAP server mail.theory7.net | Port: 993
    SMTP username The email address you created (address@yourdomain.nl)
    SMTP password The password you created
    Outgoing SMTP server mail.theory7.net | Port: 465
  3. Click 'Continue' and you'll see that it worked!

Your email address is now linked to your Windows Mail and works right away!

Add your email to another mail program or service.

Now that you have your email details at hand, you can set them up in the email program you want or on your device. Select below where you want to add your email account:
